This course is an introduction to all the principles of automation, including how programmable logic controllers (PLCs) interact with real word using sensors and actuators.
The course covers electro-pneumatic and electrical relay theory and practicals, as well as variable speed drive configuration.
The course utilises state of the art custom built training platforms which mimic real world manufacturing plants. The participants learn how to program and commission a Skills Lab training platform to operate to a scope of work, in addition to learning how to fault find and
problem-solve in a systematic manner.
This course can be delivered using a broad range of PLC platforms, including Rockwell, Siemens, and Schneider Electric.
